Hobbiton was a sleepy Hobbit village built in to the gentle, green, rolling hills of The Shire. A quiet and peaceful town, Hobbition was a place of is simple pleasures such as warm dinners and cool ales at the end of a day’s work. Bag End, the home of Bilbo and Frodo Baggins, looked down over Hobbition from its vantage point on the hillside, beneath a great oak tree. Among the features of the town where the Green Dragon Inn, the mill, and the Party Field and Tree under which Bilbo celebrated his one hundred and eleventh birthday with his friends.
